DME Academy fully understands how life circumstances can change and how learning to ride, connecting with the horse and instructor can have its challenges. We do our absolute best to accommodate any changes that need to be made to your purchase including lesson dates, horse preferences and instructors.
To help keep our program running smoothly for everyone involved we are unable to offer refunds, credits or make up lessons.
If DME Academy is required to close due to severe weather or an emergency all paid will be notified via the primary email contact AND there will be a post on our Facebook page HERE.
